sea view breakfast choice bad room service water leakage
The breakfast was amazing!!! i mean, it had everything i could possibly want, so much choice. the hotel is right on the water, i loved that. the location was great. Sea view rooms gave fantastic views of the city and promenades.
it's unbelievable. room service was not good. they only gave water and coffee on check in. The other days they said we can't, just the first day we give water and coffee. It was so terrible.

helpful staff respectful staff precious sight breakfast option
I was happy with the helpful and respectful staff. Their positive attitude enhanced the hotel atmosphere. as an ecologist, i loved seeing swifts above the building each evening, watching their acrobatics. breakfast had every option imaginable, and the waiting staff were very attentive. i thought the chef's tall hats were a nice touch!

old fitness center bad room service
the outdoor pool was very useful.
The fitness center is very old and water leaked from the ceiling. It was unbelievable. room service was bad. staff only provided water and coffee upon check-in. they said they couldn't provide water and coffee on subsequent days.
